Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays), upon confirmation of your order. Due to the nature of our products, the delivery options available are as follows:

Self-Collection at any Maxi-Cash store listed here.
*Free Delivery (within 3 to 5 working days).

All purchases are insured. Please note that the recipient will be required to sign and acknowledge the receipt of items upon delivery or self-collection.

*Free delivery service is currently available for jewellery purchases only.

EXCHANGES

Maxi-Cash accepts exchanges for online orders made from our E-Shop. All exchange requests must be performed within 7 days upon receipt of the order. The exchange value shall be based on the NETT purchase price. Please note that there are strictly no returns or refunds on orders made from our E-Shop.

For exchanges, kindly email contact@maxi-cash.com or file a request via our Contact Us with your order number as the email subject and we will get back to you soon.

Item should be in original and working condition. Original invoice, certificate, warranty card & packaging (if any) must be produced. Gold jewellery purchased on Maxi-Cash E-Shop will be based on prevailing gold rate. On a case-by-case basis, an exchange request on promotional items may be considered at Maxi-Cash discretion.

A one-time exchange may be made for the following, at equal or higher value:

Citigems Gold & Fine Jewellery
1. Citigems gold jewellery may be exchanged for any jewellery item, including fine jewellery (diamonds & gem-set).
2. Fine jewellery (diamonds & gem-set) may only be exchanged for items of the same category. Gold items are excluded.

LuxeSTYLE Branded Collections (Bags / Timepieces)
1. LuxeSTYLE branded bags may only be exchanged for similar or different design of the same category.
2. LuxeSTYLE branded timepieces may only be exchanged for similar or different design of the same category.

All Other Pre-loved Jewellery (i.e. Gold N Gems Collection)
1. Pre-loved jewellery may be exchanged for similar, or different design of the same category.
