Do I need to register an account to place an order?

Yes, you have to register an account in order to place an online order at Maxi-Cash E-Shop. Having an account also allows you to keep track of your purchase history and current orders, as well as wish lists.

What if I forgot my account details?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the login section. We will send you a link to reset the password.


What are the payment options available?

At the moment we only accept payments via Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards. If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

Do I need a Paypal account in order to purchase?

Yes, a Paypal account is required. Simply create an account on Paypal and start shopping!

Shipping, Delivery and Self-Collection

Is my package insured?

Please be assured that all purchases are insured whilst in transit from Maxi-Cash to the designated shipping address. The recipient will be required to sign and acknowledge receipt of items upon delivery or collection from which the risk of lost of sale item is passed on to the receiver.

What are the delivery options available?

Due to the nature of our products, the delivery options available are as follows:

  1. Express Delivery
  2. Self-Collection at Harbourfront Centre #01-54

What are the charges for delivery services?

Delivery charges are applicable for items purchased. All delivery will be made within 3 to 5 working days (Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays), upon order confirmation. Express delivery service (within 2 working days) is available at additional charges.

We only accept orders for delivery to addresses in Singapore. Please note that Maxi-Cash does not deliver to restricted areas. There is no delivery to Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre and other offshore islands. To view the list of restricted zones, please click here.

For registered delivery services, Maxi-Cash will require a handwritten or electronic signature by the recipient to confirm the delivery of each product, at which responsibility for the purchased goods is passed on to the recipient.

Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

Additional charges for redelivery will be applicable after one unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Is self-collection available?

Self-collection is available at Maxi-Cash HarbourFront Centre #01-54, free of charge. A notification email from Maxi-Cash will be sent to you once your order is ready for pick-up at the store.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders, including self-collection at Harbourfront Centre #01-54 will take 3-5 working days for packing and shipping. A notification email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Exchange and Returns

What is the return policy for my online purchases?

Please note that there is strictly no return and no refund on orders made on Maxi-Cash E-Shop.

What is the exchange policy?

Maxi-Cash accepts exchange for online orders made on Maxi-Cash E-Shop. All requests for exchange must be made known to us within 7 days of receipt of the order, on NETT price purchase. For such requests, kindly send us an email at or file a request via our Contact Us with your order number as the email subject and we will get back to you soon.

Alternatively, you may exchange your purchased item for other products at Maxi-Cash Harbourfront Centre #01-54.

All purchased timepieces / bags / jewellery may be exchanged for other items equivalent or lesser value. Should the exchange item be of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference.

Criteria for Exchange Includes:

  • Item in original condition, unused and unaltered in any way;
  • All original tags and packaging intact.
  • Original invoice must be produced

Maxi-Cash reserves the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange requests, if any of the above conditions are not met.

There are defects on my items. What should I do?

For any damaged items, please contact Maxi-Cash immediately at Reports must be made within 24 hours from time of receipt.
