We do not deliver our pre-loved jewellery. Customers are required to collect their orders at our stores. When you cart out pre-owned pieces from our online gold shop, you will be required to indicate the preferred store you wish to pick up your purchase. After which, we will process your order and transfer the item to the chosen store within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order is ready for collection, our team will contact you to schedule the pick-up.

You can exchange your second-hand jewellery purchased from Maxi-Cash within 7 days from the invoice date, applicable solely for NETT-priced items. To initiate the process, connect with us either via contact@maxi-cash.com or our designated ‘Contact Us’ portal, citing your order reference. Please note that you can exchange pre-owned jewellery for items that span from timepieces to bags or alternative pre-loved jewellery of equivalent or decreased value; for items of a higher price range, an additional charge is requisite. 

To ensure a seamless exchange, you must:

• Ensure the jewellery is in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact
• Produce the original invoice

Maxi-Cash reserves the right to withhold the exchange if any of the criteria is not met. Alternatively, you can opt to sell your piece back to us. We’re also the first pawnbroker in Singapore to provide instant cash via PayNow so you can have immediate access to funds when you need them.

At Maxi-Cash, we champion stringent quality standards. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged pre-loved jewellery item, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at contact@maxi-cash.com. Each second-hand jewellery purchased from Maxi-Cash comes with a 7-day exchange guarantee for NETT-priced items. Should you receive a piece that appears compromised upon unboxing, we urge you to contact us within a day’s time at contact@maxi-cash.com.
