At Maxi-Cash, all purchases made through the e-Shop, including diamond jewellery, are final and not eligible for returns or refunds. However, exchanges may be allowed. If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The original invoice must be presented.

Please note that exchanges are possible for items of equivalent or lesser value. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if these conditions are not met.
