Higher clarity diamonds are more highly valued, as they give the jewellery a seamless and brilliant appearance.
  • Carat: A diamond’s weight is determined by its caratage. Larger diamonds are rarer and thus more valuable; however, caratage should never be used as the sole assessment for a diamond pendant’s worth or value.

All diamond pendants are sold as-is and final, and we do not offer returns or refunds for purchases made through our e-Shop. However, we understand the importance of your purchase, and exchanges may be allowed if terms and conditions are met. The following conditions need to be met before an exchange can be considered:

  • Item(s) must be in original packaging and condition, unused and unaltered.
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact.
  • Original invoice must be presented.

Exchanges are only valid for items of equivalent or lesser value, and you will need to pay the difference if exchanging for an item of higher value.
